Heartland FBLA Welcomes 13 New Members
The Heartland Future Business Leaders of America’s first meeting was held on August 24. The 2015-16 FBLA officers are Haley Huebert, President; Leslie Braun, Vice President; Owen Wurst, Secretary; McKenna Friesen, Treasurer; Mark Perez, News Reporter; Eve Vanderneck, Historian; and Ethan Hall, Committee Representative. President Huebert shared the state theme for this year which is CONNECT. She gave information about our business competitions, FBLA group t-shirt, magazine sales and Fall Leadership Conference coming up the end of September. The group then enjoyed ice cream sundaes and games.
Heartland FBLA is excited to announce our new members: Seniors Destiny Bloxton, Jule Dane, Katelyn Janzen and Brendan Ortiz. Junior Kristin Goertzen. Sophomores Josie Bolton and Bailey Peters. Freshmen Carson Amack, Kodjo Atikpohou, Kate Bergen, Ric Bulin, Colton Monnier and Kristina Rowe. The returning members are: Seniors Jason Burhoop, Camryn Dick, McKenna Friesen, Haley Huebert, Rebekah Larson, Bailey Monnier, Jose Romo, Dillon Scheil, Eve Vanderneck, Ower Wurst. Juniors Leslie Braun, Ethan Hall, Megan Kroeker, Ryne Mierau, Mark Perez, Ellie Steingard and Brooke Weisheit. Sophomores Aaron Buller, Sadie Carr, Hayes Oswald, Kristan Perez, Brittany Quiring, Jaden Regier, Alexa Siebert and Isabelle Vanderneck.
