| Valentine's Day is just around the corner, make it memorable by purchasing a melt in your mouth delicious frosted sugar cookie! Art Club is selling 5" heart sugar cookies with frosting for $5.00. You can add a personalized message that will be attached to the cookie. Fill out this order form below and pay at the time your order. Please submit this form and bring the money to Miss Renz, Jessica, or an Art Club Member by THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 9TH. (Cookies ordered but not paid for by this date will not be made or delivered.) If you want more than one cookie, please fill out this form for each cookie. Art Club will deliver the cookies to whomever you indicate below within the school building on the morning of Valentine's Day (Tuesday, February 14th). If you order cookie for someone outside of school, you will be responsible for delivering it. If someone outside of school orders, they can either pick up their orders from the art room on the morning of the 14th or have it delivered to someone in the school to bring to them after school. |
