"Thank You, Mr. Falker" Read by Mrs. Waegli
Hello Heartland Families!
This week's the last week of reading with a teacher. Our book this week in "Thank you, Mr. Falker" by Patricia Polacco. It's a longer book, but it has a very good lesson. Afterwards I challenge you to think of someone who has taught you an important lesson. It doesn't have to be a teacher, although it can, maybe a parent, grandparent or friend. Call them, write them a letter, or send an email and let them know that they have taught you something important in your life and made a difference! As teachers we hope we have made a difference in some way of your learning. This summer remember to keep reading and have fun!
