Heartland's Mia Hiebner medals at Class C State Golf. On Monday, October 10, Hiebner shot a 42 on the front nine and 50 on the back for a 92. Tuesday's windy weather did not stop Hiebner from coming back the second day of the tournament to shoot an 88 and placing 13th. Olivia Lovegrove of Lincoln Christian placed first with a two day score of 143. Broken Bow's team placed first place with a score of 688. The two day tournament was played at the Elks Country Club in Columbus. Next year, Mia Hiebner, a returning sophomore, looks forward to another trip to state.
