Heartland FBLA Kicks Off a New Year
Launch the media gallery 1 playerThe Heartland FBLA chapter kicked off a new year on August 22 with our annual magazine sales fund-raiser. Our fund-raiser was very successful this year as we increased sales by over fifty percent from last year. Thank you to all who purchased magazine subscriptions to support our organization.
The officers for this year are: President Leslie Braun, Vice President Brooke Weisheit, Secretary Isabelle Vanderneck, Treasurer Aaron Buller, News Reporter Brittany Quiring, Historian Sadie Carr and Committee Rep. Colton Monnier.
Heartland FBLA is excited to announce our new members: Juniors Nyamuol Koang and Josh Waldron; Sophomore Jade Hiebner; and Freshmen Timberly Carr, Rachael Dente, Grace Janzen, Allison Kroeker, Odessa Ohrt, Harmon Perez, Halle Peters, Kalea Wetjen and Rhianna Wilhelm.
The returning members are: Seniors Ethan Hall, Megan Kroeker, Mark Perez and Ellie Steingard; Juniors Hayes Oswald, Kristan Perez, Bailey Peters, Jaden Regier and Alexa Siebert; Sophomores Kate Bergen, Audric Bulin and Kristina Rowe. Our organization is sponsored by business teacher, Mrs. Kristy Most.
The next FBLA activity is the Nebraska Fall Leadership Conference in Lincoln on September 28.
