Eight FBLA Members Attend 2026 Fall Leadership Conference
Launch the media gallery 1 playerThe Nebraska FBLA Fall Leadership Conference was held on September 22 in Kearney at the UNK campus. The conference was a one-day workshop for FBLA officers and members.
Nebraska FBLA State Officers shared the 2026-2027 state goals during the Opening General Session. The keynote speaker was Patty Hendrickson, a Certified Speaking Professional. Her presentation focused on being a leader and how to train your younger members to become future leaders.
After the Opening General Sessions, the officers and members attended workshops presented by the FBLA state officers: Communicate with Confidence, Connections to
Contributions, Making the Most of Your Membership, Lean In to Know What You Need to Succeed, and many more.
The following members attended the conference: Tara Buzek - President, Meggan Friesen - Vice President, Maddox Regier - Secretary, Kate Haidle - Treasurer, Ashlyn Friesen, Andi Stebbing, Brooks Burgess, Isabelle Buller, and Karma Yantzie, Adviser.
